1. Orders & Payments

· Pricing: All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

· Payment Methods: COD (Cash on Delivery), Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or bank transfer.

· Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a WhatsApp/email confirmation. Contact us within 24 hours if there’s an error.

2. Shipping & Delivery

· Areas Served: Major cities in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.). Rural areas may incur extra fees.

· Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (delays possible due to courier services or customs).

· Tracking: Provided via SMS/email once shipped.

3. Returns & Refunds

· Damaged Products: Email photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement/refund.

· No Refunds For: Opened/used skincare products (hygiene reasons).

· Return Shipping: Customer covers return costs unless the error is ours.

4. Product Use & Disclaimer

· Handmade Variations: Colors/textures may slightly differ from website images.

· Patch Test Recommended: Glowry is not liable for allergic reactions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

· Natural Ingredients: Shelf life is 6 months (store in cool, dry places).

5. Website Use Rules
